自然に囲まれ、澄んだ空気を吸い込むと、抱えていた悩みが少し小さく思えたり、心がふっと軽くなったりすることがあります。
光を受けてさまざまな表情を見せる植物や、生き生きとした姿で暮らす生き物たち。そんな自然を見つめていると、同じ「生き物」である私たち人間も、それぞれが持つ個性や魅力を活かしながら、もっと自然体で生きていけたらいい。そんな思いが湧いてきます。
自然には、人を包み込み、心を整えてくれる穏やかな力があります。
その力を、日々を過ごす空間にも届けられないだろうか。
その想いから、design512は、日本の豊かな自然をモチーフに図案を描き、テキスタイルデザインとして形にしています。
私たちが目指しているのは、空間を彩ることだけではありません。
季節を感じ、会話が生まれ、心が少しやわらぐ。そんな時間を育む存在でありたい。
一つひとつの図案には、自然の包容力を、空間と心へ届けたいという願いを込めています。
Bringing Nature’s Gentle Embrace into Spaces and Hearts
Surrounded by nature, breathing in fresh, clear air, our worries often seem a little smaller, and our hearts a little lighter.
Watching plants shimmer in changing light and living creatures take on countless forms, we are reminded that we, too, are part of nature. Like every living thing, each of us has our own unique character and beauty. We believe that life becomes richer when we can embrace who we are and live more naturally as ourselves.
Nature has a quiet power to comfort, restore, and bring balance to the mind.
We began to wonder:
Could that gentle power of nature be brought into the spaces where people spend their everyday lives?
That question became the starting point of design512.
Inspired by the rich landscapes and seasonal beauty of Japan, we create textile designs that translate the essence of nature into patterns for everyday spaces.
Our goal is not simply to decorate interiors.
We hope to create spaces where people can feel the changing seasons, where conversations begin naturally, and where hearts become just a little lighter.
Every design we create carries our wish to bring nature’s gentle embrace into both the spaces we live in and the hearts of the people who spend time there.
大学卒業後、在京キー局に新卒で入社、エンジニアとして勤務をしながら武蔵野美術大学の通信教育課程に編入学しグラフィックデザインを学ぶ。趣味の洋裁がきっかけで気軽に履修した工芸の授業で、織りの奥深い世界に出会い、テキスタイル専攻に転科して卒業。卒業制作は優秀作品として選出され、その後も夢中でテキスタイル図案を作り続ける。節目となる入社25年目に会社員とのパラレルキャリアを終了させ、オリジナル図案ブランド design512®︎ を本格始動。子育て世代を応援する「子と親の100年研究所®︎」代表としても活動中。
After studying image engineering at a national university, she joined a television station upon graduation. While working as an engineer, she transferred to Musashino Art University to study graphic design. During a craft class, she was deeply moved by the rich world of textiles and decided to specialize in textile design. Her graduation project was selected as an outstanding work. She continued to pursue a dual career as both a television employee and a textile artist, and in 2023, she became the representative and designer of her original pattern brand, “design512.”

シンプルで清楚な空間に植物の造形・色彩が入ることで視覚的に癒される効果があります。
軽量なファブリックパネルは壁面に設置しやすく、面倒なメンテナンスも不要なため、

ピクチャーレールが埋め込まれた広いリビングの壁面を彩るアートパネルとして、
黒×白のカラーバリエーションで大型パネルをご提案しました。
ロッキングチェアのあるエントランスホールには、
その淡い木材の色に馴染むよう【TRI】のパネルをお納めしました。
強いインパクトと繊細な表現が共存する図案は、居住空間を上質に演出します。
